Format:            Eight-team championship/consolation bracket

Entry Fee:         $50 per team – Please make check payable to Lee Middle School Girls’ Athletics and mail to:

                        If you wish to pay with cash or by check when you come, you may do so.

Warm Up:        13 minutes of warm up - 3 general/ 4 net/ 4 net/ 2 serving

Games: Best 2 out of 3 with cap at 30

Scheduling:       If we get ahead of schedule we will begin the next game immediately following the warm-up.

Equipment:       Warm-up balls are provided.

Clock/Book:     When SAISD schools play each other, each school will need to provide one worker. 

                        When a SAISD school is playing a school from out of town they will need to provide two workers.

                        When two Non-SAISD schools play each we will have workers for that game.

Locker Rooms: Locker rooms will be provided in each gym.

Home Team:     The top team on the bracket is the home team.

Awards:           Awards will be given immediately following each “award” game.

Trainer: There will not be a trainer available.

Water:              Water and cups will be available at each court for your team members.

Hospitality:       There will be a hospitality room available for coaches, bus drivers, school administrators, and

                        officials.  The hospitality room will be on the stage in the boys’ gym.

Concession:      The concession stand will be in the boys’ gym.
